When AGE is REALLY a number!

People keep on saying that age is just a number but I guess… age is really a number if we can’t take a good care of our health as well as our outer beauty especially to women.

It seems that there was something that cast to my mind when I was just a little girl who was very naïve about life. Back to the late of 19s I still remembered when 3 of my aunts were talking among themselves about their youthfulness.

X nampak mcm kakak…mcm dorg yang kakak..ahhahha

Aunty ( no 2 and 3) : punya perasaan muda kunun….baru kena puji..dia saja2 ba tu ambil hati ko…

Aunty ( no 1) : bukan bah tu…sebab sa nampak muda dari kamu dua..hahah..bangganyaaa…jan la jeles…

Aunty (no.2) :..ada dia cakap antara kami dua sapa yang mcm kakak ka?ekekekke

Aunty ( no 3) : jadi kunun ko la tu nampak muda dari sa?? Huh….

So, it seems that.. the elders ( aunty no 1) looked the youngest compared to the younger ( aunty no 2) and the youngest sister ( aunty no 3)….

Reflect to my middle age of 20s at this moment, now I realized why my aunts kept debating about their youth…comparing with each other who can maintain their beauty and their youthfulness the most…

Since I had exposed with this kind of situation, I really take a good care of myself, my body, and about what should I eat, because I believe that prevention is better than cure…we need to take a good care of ourselves whether inner or outter beauty in the very early stage… don’t wait until our age, aged us!

Have a nice day everyone!

My mom's the youngest, yet people always mistaken her for being the kakak while her elder sister is the younger ones. :)

keeping our youth involves in a lot of thing, mentally? well we can always act like we're young when we're actually hating high heels as it hurts the spine like hell.

physically however would be easier,
the right kinda food, with the right ammount of sweat shed everyday, would definitely makes u feel and look 10 years younger.

try to wear that light blue color punifore again and see... any high school student hitting on u? if there are any then u look 16 baby!!

to me nampak muda or not, its the reason why you really want to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

to me, i want to be able to do more things and achieve more.

I do understand for women its different but dont let that mindset wanted to look younger or youngest take the best out of who you really are. The secret to youthfulness? Smile more and be happy always.

haha
