Let’s go to the Gym!






Here we go again!.....thank God there was a Gym here at Kota Marudu. For sure it wasn’t a dime a dozen to have gym at a very small location! Although, it wasn’t that luxurious but yet the equipment looked good and they almost got everything here.at least there was something that we could do with the equipment! Well, since I was working at kota marudu and managed to go back only during the weekend or else during the school holidays, but I guess It was good enough to have something to do here especially during the weekdays or any other day that I didn’t manage to go back!…what a gasp of relieved!!



So, I guess it’s time to give some attention for gym right now!! Actually I was been thinking about gym since before but because of my situation and location I guess I didn’t have much time but gladly, I had made up my mind to keep being healthy by going to the gym on weekdays with my friends who were in same intention with me! Thank God…finally “the same boat “was on! At least I had something to do here in KM!




Realizing that I was gaining weight, it was literally made me on the anxiety mode. Being at the middle-age of 20s was really reminded me to take a good care of my health especially the outer physical body. I realized that, since I was working at Kota Marudu, my face seems to get chubbier, bloated as it may seem. It was fully vindicated when my ex- cosmopoint student told me that I looked chubbier! Oh no!!! by right, I seriously need to be fit!









how i wish if my dream body is like this....uh..dream is just about to be dream...stop dreaming!!!!



So, time to get train with this sexy skinny bitch!!!.....

But so lazy to work out.
anyway, finger crossed - am enrolling into dancing class next month, hope that will be fruitful hahahaaa.... tht's should be 'one thing' I am keen to go for since I love to dance...

all the best for you. i am also working out and trying my best to get back in shape. tho gym is not my first option cause i prefer to be self motivated which hopefully i wont do it just when there is a gym around.

try Zuzana Light's workout... can be easily done at home =) check her out on youtube

hi Fiona :) wah..best oh Kota marudu ada gym eventhough it's a small town... bah, good luck in working out the body... i amm tooo sedang berusaha tapi masih jg begini2 ni eventho i work out almost everyday..huhu
